The First Council Meeting of the International Alliance of Security and Risk Management Companies (Macau) in 2025 Held in Beijing

On March 28, 2025, the first council meeting of the International Alliance of Security and Risk Management Companies (IASRMC) in 2025 was held in Beijing. The meeting was presided over by the President of the Alliance and Chairman of the Board, Yin Weihong.
Attending the meeting were domestic council members, including Gu Yimin, General Manager of Beijing Anku Risk Information Technology Service Co., Ltd.; Sun Xiaoyu, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Unmanned Systems Security Committee of the China Security Association; and Li Chun, Founder and Executive Partner of Grandall Law Firm. Observers present included Wang Xiaoyong, Executive President of the China-Africa Business Council; Zhang Xuesong, Director of the External Liaison Department of the China Security Association; and Cui Shoujun, Professor at Renmin University of China.
The meeting reviewed the revised draft of the Alliance's Charter, established three specialized committees—the Security Committee, the Security Supply Chain Committee, and the Legal Compliance Committee—and approved the draft working regulations for each. Additionally, discussions were held regarding adjustments to the Alliance's institutional leadership and membership, and the draft of the Alliance's five-year (2025-2029) strategic development plan was reviewed.
Participants also engaged in extensive discussions on topics such as cooperation with the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) for private security service providers, member development, and the preparation for establishing a Consulting Committee.
This council meeting was a significant event for the Alliance, laying a solid foundation for continuously improving its internal governance, building an efficient and authoritative international security cooperation platform, and contributing wisdom and strength to providing high-quality security services to the international community.
