The delegation from the Kingdom of Cambodia visited the HXZA Group—the core member of the IASRMC—to conduct an inspection and study tour.

On September 9, Mr. Ky Chanromdoul, Undersecretary of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation representing the country's agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors to visit the  HXZA Group—the core member of the International Alliance of Security and Risk Management Enterprises (IASRMC). 

The delegation received briefings on the development of the International Alliance and the operations of the  HXZA Group, toured the Group’s corporate history museum and overseas security command and dispatch center, and gained detailed insights into remote command systems and big data platforms for protecting overseas interests. They also observed live demonstrations of cutting-edge technological equipment, such as anti-drone systems and acoustic shield devices. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions and reached a broad consensus on topics including security support for the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries industries, the application of drone technology, and the facilitation of international security cooperation through the Alliance.

Mr. Ky Chanromdoul spoke highly of the  Alliance’s positioning and development, as well as the  HXZA Group’s advanced security concepts and outstanding performance in overseas operations. He noted that the International Alliance and its member enterprises have achieved remarkable success in the global private security sector, providing high-quality, reliable services to clients and effectively driving the healthy development of the international security industry. He expressed hope that the International Alliance and its member enterprises would engage in comprehensive cooperation with Cambodian government agencies and businesses in the future.

Representatives from the Alliance Secretariat participated in the visit and discussions.
