1. Integrating Resources to Strengthen Collaboration and Sharing: The Alliance facilitates international cooperation and exchanges in the security industry among different countries and regions, promoting the sharing of experiences and dissemination of best practices. The Alliance is committed to promoting resource integration and sharing among its members, including sharing experiences, exchanging technologies, and fostering business collaborations, to enhance overall business capabilities and competitiveness.

2. Promoting Industry Development and Innovation: The Alliance aims to drive the development and innovation of the security industry by introducing new technologies, advocating for the establishment and updates of industry standards, exploring new business models, and adapting to evolving security needs.

3. Information Sharing Mechanism: Gradually establishing an information sharing mechanism within the security sector, including a resource-sharing mechanism for handling unforeseen incidents such as kidnapping, ransom and extortions, and hostage rescue, and evacuations. The medium to long-term goal is to achieve early risk warning, prompt emergency response, and effective management of unforeseen incidents within the geographical areas covered by the members' operational capabilities.

4. Deepening Collaboration with ICoCA: The Alliance has received non-financial support from the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers Association (ICoCA), an international organization in the security industry. The Alliance will deepen its collaboration with ICoCA to promote standardization, professionalism, and standardization in the international security industry, with a focus on our members’ and clients’ regions of operations, especially in Africa and East Asia. Additionally, it will create a business community for mutual exchange and collaborative growth among enterprises on the ICoCA platform.
